CCA FAQ'S

Up To 60 days-

 Enroll in health plan

You can hold down routes (OPT)

90/120 days - 

End of probation

90/120 days - 

Entitled to uniform allotment

360 days - 

5 day separation of service

The following six days shall be considered holidays for CCAs: 

New Year’s Day, 

Memorial Day, 

Independence Day, 

Labor Day, 

Thanksgiving Day & 

Christmas Day. 

The amount of holiday pay a CCA will receive will be determined by the size of the office in which the CCA works.
